About Nadia
My Story
I was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and lived there most of my life. When I was five, I started rhythmic gymnastic classes; eventually becoming a professional gymnast. As a six-year member of the national team, I traveled all over Russia and Europe. Always fascinated with history, thanks to my history professor father, I loved traveling and meeting new people. After graduating from St. Petersburg University with a degree in sports medicine, I was invited to the United States to coach rhythmic gymnastics in Colorado and then, Oregon. Later, I joined Portland’s Multnomah Athletic Club as a massage therapist, where I still enjoy my work. Having helped several friends travel to Russia, I now plan regular tours, and escort groups to St. Petersburg, sharing my enthusiasm for my native city.
